Eastlund Process
A good designer knows the bad ideas usually come first, and only after many ideas do you come up with the right one.
After deciding on a direction that played with the meaning of the root of the name Eastlund we went with a compass form comprised of bread making elements. With the hand-made aspects of Eastlund Bread Co, we felt it was the best option to carve the logo and achieve that rustic feel through a stamped look and scan it in.
